Delete your Tech Clarity account
You can permanently remove your Tech Clarity account and the data linked to it at any time, from the app or from this website. No request form and no waiting period.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Sign in to Tech Clarity, in the app or in your browser.
- Open Settings from your account menu.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Permanently delete my account.
Prefer us to do it for you?
Email marjoriemaybocampo@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We action requests within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your login and email address.
- Your profile: name, business name, industry and business size.
- Every technology audit and audit report you have run.
- Every assessment run, report, score history and saved recommendation.
- Strategy session enquiries and any notes attached to your account.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Download or print any report you want to keep before you delete.
What we keep, and why
Payment and invoice records are retained in anonymised form for up to seven years because accounting and tax law requires it. These records no longer identify you and are never used for marketing. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
